PERSONAL REVIEW

SPAIN — IBIZA

Live and work in one of the world’s most iconic summer party destinations.

Famous for its beautiful beaches, luxury lifestyle, beach clubs, sunsets, and legendary nightlife, Ibiza attracts tourists from all over the world every season looking to enjoy the ultimate European summer experience.

Whether you are spending your days relaxing by the ocean, exploring hidden beach spots, enjoying rooftop cocktails, or meeting people from across the globe, Ibiza offers dancers an unforgettable mix of work, travel, sunshine, and nightlife.

It is easy to see why so many dancers dream of spending a summer season here.

This club operates seasonally from May until the end of September and is known for being a relaxed, friendly, and well-managed work environment.

The venue itself is a cosy, small-to-medium-sized club with a glamorous atmosphere and a strong focus on dancer safety and comfort.

One of the best features of this club is that it operates as a strict NO TOUCHING venue.

Security is always present to monitor private dances and ensure dancers feel safe while working.

There are private booths available, along with a VIP area where dancers can upsell higher-paying private experiences and champagne packages.

The club owner prefers dancers who are well-presented, glamorous, professional, and positive in attitude.

Dancers are expected to complete stage performances approximately 2–3 times per night topless, while the rest of the evening focuses mainly on private dances and client interaction.

Accommodation is organised fresh every season, ensuring dancers stay in a clean and comfortable environment throughout the summer.

The accommodation is conveniently located within walking distance of the club, beaches, supermarkets, and local amenities.

Facilities include cooking areas and a washing machine, making daily life easy for travelling dancers.

The club asks dancers to stay for a minimum of one month to assist with seasonal planning and staffing.

The environment itself is known for being very relaxed, with many dancers speaking highly of their experience working here.

Commission is paid at 50% on private dances and sales. Please note that the cost price of champagne bottles is deducted before commission is split. For ATM and card transactions over €100, the club deducts a 10% processing fee in line with Spanish tax regulations.

As this is a highly sought-after seasonal destination, placements for Ibiza fill very quickly each year. If you have been dreaming about spending your summer working in the heart of Ibiza’s world-famous nightlife scene, we highly recommend applying early.
