This club operates very differently from traditional strip clubs and introduces dancers to the unique Asian “hostess” style system. The club works alongside experienced local hostesses known as “Mommasons,” whose role is to greet clients, seat them, socialise, and most importantly — help dancers make money.
For dancers used to hustling independently, this system can feel unusual at first, but the Mommasons are highly experienced and excellent at upselling drinks, dances, and VIP experiences for the girls. Building a good relationship with them is extremely important, as they will often work harder for dancers who show respect, appreciation, and teamwork throughout shifts.
The earning potential in Guam is exceptionally strong, especially for dancers with fun personalities, positive attitudes, and confidence with international clientele. American clients in particular love outgoing dancers with foreign accents and party energy, making this destination highly profitable for many international girls.
One of the most exciting parts about working in Guam is the occasional military exercises that take place throughout the year.
