CARD SYSTEM

1 Card = €2

In Greece, the clubs pay dancers via a plastic card system.

You will need to carry a small bag to collect your cards. Every time a drink is purchased for you, you receive the cards directly. Every time a private show is purchased, you also receive the cards directly.

For example:

John has decided to pay for a VIP 10-minute dance.
You will receive a higher-value card for the amount of €20 instead of multiple €2 cards. The waiter will hand this to you directly before the dance.

If John decides he wants to take a 4-minute dance, you will receive:

2 × €2 cards = €4

The waiter hands all cards directly to you, and you give these to reception at the end of each night to be paid in cash.

IMPORTANT NOTE

The club offers a fixed salary, but to avoid dancers sitting and not working throughout the night, they require dancers to make a minimum of 7 dances.

Once the minimum has been completed, you start from the fixed salary.

This is an incentive in place for dancers who may otherwise sit and not work throughout the night while simply taking the fixed salary.

PERSONAL REVIEW

GREECE — ATHENS

Experience the excitement of Athens nightlife in one of the city’s most relaxed and fast-paced club environments.

Located in the heart of Athens, this club offers dancers the chance to work amongst nonstop clientele while enjoying everything this vibrant Mediterranean city has to offer — from beach days and rooftop dining to ancient history, nightlife, and famous Greek hospitality.

This club has built a reputation for being a busy and easy-going environment where dancers are constantly interacting with clients throughout the night.

Because the club stays consistently busy, management creates a much more relaxed atmosphere with very little pressure placed on dancers.

Because the dances only cost the client €5 and the dancer takes €2, the clients are flowing and more happy to spend their money.

It may be triple the work in one night, going in and out all night for small dances, but you will learn to get good at selling VIPs and champagne over time!

The system here is unique, with shorter and more affordable dance options encouraging clients to continuously extend experiences throughout the evening.

Dancers who are confident socialising, hustling, and upselling VIP experiences tend to perform especially well in this environment.

Stage rotation is also part of the club atmosphere, with dancers performing several times throughout the night while still maintaining a more relaxed and social club vibe overall.

The agency considers this a safe and reliable establishment for dancers wanting to experience Athens while working in a fun, energetic, and client-heavy environment with strong earning potential for motivated dancers.
